Managed the Department of the Internet and Mobile project development with a staff of 150+ people including 15 Scrum teams. Developed and maintained a few dozens of high-load projects — such as powerful marketing tools to promote businesses and sell products/services online, mobile applications, CPA networks and other systems in the traffic and lead generation sphere (leadbit.com, shakes.pro, datspush.com more 25 million clicks every day and other). Developed and implemented the IT-strategy; adjusted the development process and optimized the team interaction processes. Improved the reliability of the information systems; initiated the migrating infrastructure to the Cloud. Launched the development related activities. Managed the Software Development Department of the high-load project: www.mamba.ru / love.mail.ru (over 30M registered users, up to 100K online users), the maximum payload was up to 150K RPS. The team had up to 70 employees. The system reliability had been increased in a fifth of what it was — 6 general failure reports in 2018 versus 32 reports in 2014. Started the Bug Bounty program. It helped to dramatically improve the information security level of the system: here were about 1000 security issues within four years, and about 250 issues were approved and fixed. The company became one of the first projects in the Russian segment of the Internet that migrated from PHP5 to PHP7 in 2016. It reduced the hardware needs by more than half. Frontend architecture had been migrated to React/Redux stack, it increased time to market of frontend features more than twice. Managed development and implementation collaborative project with Mail.ru and Odnoklassniki.ru as the project manager; the cross-portal menu was implemented, it brought about 2M additional clicks to Mamba.ru. Developed and implemented the IT-policy for the technical department (50 people), including the main roles and functions. Was actively involved in the hiring processes: testing and selection candidates for various teams in the technical department. More than 15 telecommunication platforms had been developed and deployed since December 2009 on different international GSM-operator sites such as DSTK-, USSD-, ICB-platform, USSD-, CB- and SMS-centre and other VAS-platforms including billing and transport systems (about 300M users). The technical department was organized from scratch. Developed and implemented the corporate IT-concept and the policy for the entire company (up to 100 people). Hired backend, frontend-developers, and other IT personnel for the team. More than 25 sites have been profoundly refactored under my control since May 2008, including the main project of the company — www.pravda.ru, which enabled us to cope with 200K unique visitors per day. For more than 7 years I was involved in the creation and maintenance of web sites of the company using РНР 4/5, PostgreSQL 7/8, MySQL4/5 such as www.mamba.ru, love.mail.ru, love.rambler.ru, www.rabota.ru, www.vashdosug.ru, www.rdwmedia.ru, www.ucheba.ru, www.iz1ruk.ru, www.gipp.ru, etc. Managed Refactoring and Innovations group as a team-lead in Mamba CJSC. The new core of the infrastructure has been created, with a number of subsystems refactored under my control. The new system’s core could deal with a high load of over 100K users online. Some new services had been made, the most complicated of them being «Media-hosting», bringing video services to the site users. I also participated as a developer in onPHP project — GNU GPL multi-purpose object-oriented PHP framework. In my free time, created several extensions for Mozilla Firefox browser — which are Page Title Eraser and GrayModern2 (over 800 000 downloads from Mozilla Add-Ons site and over 75 000 daily users).
