Most of these projects were envisioned by him, and aimed at smooth operations of plant and equipment, reducing the total cost of operations and improved plant yield and efficiency. As General Manager, I formulate Critical Environment Maintenance strategies across the business and develop initiatives to support improvements in energy efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization. In recent years, I have been setting-up high yielding operations in diversified environments. I focus on leading comprehensive lean sigma strategies; Quality improvements; OEE improvements; Deploying AI models in real-time applications to improve operational efficiencies and reliability. I contribute to Reducing carbon footprint and sustainability through technology deployment. I oversee the safety function of the entire operations such as safety performance, job safety analysis, safety training, and accident investigation. Within my present capacity, I manage end-to-end electrical maintenance, plant expansion, and greenfield projects. I handle MV and LT power distribution systems, utilities, HVAC systems, standby generators, ATS, and Server room facilities. I also oversee preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance operations of electrical and mechanical maintenance. I assess Critical Environment equipment operational risk and controls effectiveness to minimize risk exposure and recommend enhanced controls. I lead incident investigations - deep-dive technical reviews and assessments to determine root cause(s) and identify remedial actions to avoid repetitions. I oversee team performance management.
