  As project manager worked coordinating and supervising project teams responsible for the buildings and urban design, as well as managing stakeholders communications and deliverables for ongoing projects. Also was responsible for the study and implementation of collaborative design tools and agile framework (kanban and scrum).Achievements:♦ Through agile frameworks reduced by 15% of project development time.♦ Using collaborative design tools (trello and google drive) created a more transparency workflow and also shared information more easly reducing by half the errors in project compatibility phase.
