  During my time at the Cultus Lake Waterpark, I have helped steadily maintain quality and performance for the janitorial department. Our duties extend beyond ensuring the cleanliness of the facilities, as we are also part of creating a positive customer experience. In my role I help train new employees, scheduling, communication in and out of department, and ensuring that daily routines from open to close are done to the highest standard possible. I have also been a part of the pre-season team for the past few years, returning to the park earlier in the spring to help prepare it for the upcoming season as part of a small team. Pre-season work is largely individual based, working with a much smaller team (usually less than 10 people) and requires discipline and coordination to make sure we are on track to open on time.
