I have work in this present job discription since 1992. Worked dirtectly with 6 customerservice persons from customer service capacity that Gloria was assigned to. At the the start, Gloria, showed good poise working in customer service and jointly with the logistic team. Her willingness to learn and and teach added to her skills,in which contributed to her success in customer service. Working well with a deversified groups of customers and sales representives, can also been seen with the results that are still present today. Brain storming skills helpped greatly as I was able to involve her more with the logistic side of our business. Reconginizing and questioning methods and processes that were in the need of change. Followed verbal and written instructiuons good to excellent, and was great for feedback. A good attitude toward learning new things, such as how things work in the world of logistics and transportation. And most recently the changes brings it to the recommendation, Gloria still shows me good poise. I would gladly add her to my team. if I could. A great person A great worker
