  I work closely with 2 members of Faculty Executive I maintain complex diary management, avoiding clashes in their calendar, so that their day is manageable. Helping them with projects such as REF, KPI's, tight deadlines and targets. I am a key link between my members of Faculty Exec and the wider departments. i book national and international travel making sure that they are close to where they are visiting for conferences or international business meetings. I have produced e-newsletters to keep staff informed of progress and general updates within the department. I encourage staff to advertise their external seminars to staff so that staff can partake.
