Gloria supervised me for 16 months in my role as Coordinator for the UCLA Alumni Career Engagement Team. The opportunity to work with Gloria has been a highlight of my professional career. She is goal-oriented, a clear communicator, and a thoughtful leader. She has been an influential mentor to me and helped me identify and fine-tune skills that contribute directly to both my professional and personal growth. She is a dynamic leader and successfully navigated a team of 7 through the ongoing COVID pandemic, pivoting to virtual programming and building out our online presence to better serve our student and alumni audiences.
