Over the past year George has proven himself as a phenomenal mentor and supervisor. George has a great coaching leadership style and actively seeks ways to help the people under him grow professionally. He is a hard worker, quick learner, humble, and a selfless giver. I would HIGHLY recommend George for any analytic role or leadership position.

David Still, MA

George was an extremely insightful and determined staff supervisor aboard Commander Naval Forces Europe-Africe / Commander, Sixth-Fleet. Always out-front on projects and ready for a challenge. Great team player and a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed our time working Africa issues together at CNE-CNA-C6F and recommend him without hesitation.

One of two contracted instructors for the only Full Motion Video (FMV) Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) course in the Navy. The focus of the two-week course is an emphasis of FMV PED using the tools available to analysts and Aviation Vehicle Operators (AVOs) within Navy Special Warfare (NSW) commands to utilize the doctrine provided by the U.S. Air Force and perform the functions expected rom a PED analyst forward deployed in an austere environment. Emphasis on recognizing inherent biases and mitigating them by using effective communication techniques to accurately articulate observations to the Ground Force Commander (GFC) and other leadership/peers. This course solicits for student input on how to improve the curriculum going forward and the other contractor and I use that input and our own notes to continually improve and tweak the curriculum with each class. We have developed relationships with outside elements including the Air Force FMV PED personnel at Distributed Common Ground System ONE (DCGS-1), Coast Guard personnel at Maritime Fusion Intelligence Center (MIFC), and Naval personnel from Fleet Forces Command (FFC) and Kennedy Irregular Warfare Center (KIWC). Temporary Job Position.... This temporary role was limited and best described as an N2 utility man...used where and when needed to fill in where my impending loss would have limited impact. No job or task was too small, menial or dirty. - Researched, developed and produced a Continuity Of Operations Plan (COOP) product with three courses of action (COAs). This involved researching many more options, but allowed the data to ultimately determine the COAs presented to the customer. No modification was required of the first draft and it was forwarded up as submitted. - Used as sounding board and critic for curriculum produced as part of a broader processing, evaluation and dissemination (PED) course. Maven, an artificial intelligence (AI) tool within Palantir, was a portion of the overall PED course taught to Navy Special Warfare (NSW) students preparing to deploy. Multiple format and ambiguous references were identified to correct in order to present a much more logical and accurate curriculum to NSW students. - Attention to detail and tenacity was imperative conducting several inventories and successfully located all desired classified computers. - Cleaned and organized two external structures that enhanced the ability to safely and efficiently locate desired gear.
