Living in Ohio's vacationland is a treasure I am anxious to share with others! The time and effort necessary to compete the designated curriculum to receive the NAR Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist Certification is important to clients coming to me to assist them in buying and selling real estate in a resort area. At the time I received my designation, I was one of 3 Realtors in Ohio to do so. I recently completed the coursework to become an e-PRO as recognized by the National Association of Realtors. In a second home market, social media and electronic technology are very important skills to master when most of my clients are from somewhere else!I am part of a team of real estate professionals at the Catawba Island office of Howard Hanna.
