Glenna came to us with a skill set that we needed in a time of growth and development of our company. She was instrumental in helping to develop a successful system for our business tracking expenses and job costing. Glenna is very adept at managing office functions, such as payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. She also assisted with some administration of Human Resource Functions, Marketing and Customer Service. She demonstrates a clear understanding of the importance of all business reports and documentation, and is diligent in reconciling financial records. Glenna was also helpful in contributing in a vision for our company's future and was always anxious and excited to offer her insight to the operations of the company. She has a strong desire to develop and hone those skills and so she has decided to leave her position to focus on completing her education which will be a Business Degree and Project Management Certificate. I expect that by furthering her education she will avail herself many more opportunities in these areas. I am open to speak personally with anyone who wishes to hear more about her and her contributions to Donaldson Home Improvement in the time that she was with us.

I installed and implemented a CRM system from initial implementation through launch. For this project, I organized a schedule to build the database for customers, activities, and schedules, and developed a training system, delivering it in meetings and one-on-one settings. As hostess at one of the busiest Cheesecake Factory restaurants in the US, prioritize and seat between 50-80 tables per hour, while maintaining customer satisfaction for as many as 300 people who are waiting for service on site. During a typical 6-8 hour shift, I will have assisted and interfaced with an estimated 900 people, ensuring that their experience results in repeat business.
