The Selected Achievements during his tenure are as follows:1) Led the SUNRISE program where we deployed the following:- A new modern "Model branch Concept" ; Mukuba Mall Branch, Kabwe Branch, Solwezi Branch and Mkushi Branch.- Paperless banking at the Teller front using the SYBRIN ID&V solution. The benefits were: an 18% productivity uplift in the clearing center; 30%+ servicing time uplift at the Teller front; Service guarantee for cheque book orders.2) In the Supply Chain end was able to deliver £1m pounds cost saving 4 years consecutively from 2012 to 2016. These savings and approach exceeded the Barclays Africa savings target and was recognized as Barclays Africa Sourcing Gold Standard3) Was able to successfully program manage a SAP based enterprise resource management planning and management tool. It reengineered the Sourcing and vendor payment system by the automation of the general ledger and making the vendor and sourcing process straight through.4) In 2015, developed a business case that was approved by the BBZ board to outsource targeted operations processing. From February 2016, as a result, productivity has improved by 16%. This was a ZMW16M project. We received commendation from the Board for brilliant execution.

I joined as Land Surveyor and was able to be promoted to Senior Land Surveyor and eventually as Provincial land Surveyor in charge of the North-Western ProvinceGeographic Information System (GIS) and National Spatial Infrastructure (NSDI)Coordinated and led a team to deliver the first integrated Land Use survey for Farm Blocks for the Zambia Development Agency.
