  • Project lead in the development, maintenance and support of a new and secure Electronic Data Interchange process between Tristar and its external vendors. Process improvements included improved data accuracy and enhanced maintenance of accounts with vendors responsible for bill review, fraud investigation and other claim related services. This streamline process also allowed for easier implementation of future vendors. • Responsible for an Oracle package to insert/update/delete policy data with incoming data from client which reduced manual entry. • Created process to automate the distribution of a monthly amount to a specific set of claims which ensured payments were correct. • Developed a system to apply refunds on overpayments sent in error from vendors. This prevented system out of balances and incorrect payments in a timely manner and without delay. • Developed and implement processing to verify transmission of claims and payments were sent by vendors to increase the accuracy of claims.
