  Leadership of a core team of nine people with numbers growing to over 40 each year as the festival approached. Chairing meetings with the Metropolitan Police, Southwark Council, London Fire Brigade, each of the 12 venues involved and other local stakeholders in order to create a well organised, safe and fun weekend for all attendees and the wider public. Sustained and maintained relationships with all of the above key partnership and contract partners throughout the year. Made speeches at public meetings and gave interviews to local news tv, radio and newspapers to garner support for and awareness of the festival. Led the core team through market analysis and audience insight worked up through a creative process to inform our strategy and business plan. Further developed strategy and business plan with department heads (finance, marketing, operations, communications), systemised the work to be done and defined how success would be measured.
