I am responsible for the recruitment of all developers. The role involves the management of all aspects of all the development lifecycle including collecting user requirements to development of software and databases and delivery to production platforms as well as the day to day support and maintenance. Major milestones include the planning, development, management and delivery of our SEPA (Single European Payments Area) credits and debits platforms and the on boarding of 50+ domestic and international financial institutions. Currently I'm concentrated on the development and management of a Global Inventory Management Financing System that is utilised by major manufacturers and suppliers around the world through BNP Paribas. The project is managed and developed in Agile environment to enable delivery in a quick and highly adaptive environment. All of the developments are database driven and are fully developed, tested and deployed by my teams. This also involves the planning and coordination of projects between local IT teams in Dublin with project teams in throughout Europe. Show less
