Student Transport, Incorporated at Woodward Academy is the largest college preparatory “private school” bus transportation company in the continental United States. It is wholly owned and operated exclusively for Woodward Academy, providing safe and reliable transportation services for students, parents, faculty, and staff members. With a staff of 51 employees which includes; the director, associate directors, customer service manager, senior supervisor, supervisors, lead drivers, certified and highly qualified bus drivers, and a skilled school bus fleet maintenance management team, Student Transport, Incorporated is an independent transportation company that provides for the daily transportation to over 900 students. This student body spans 24 counties, 135 zip codes, and covers 5 schools on its two metro Atlanta campuses in College Park and Johns Creek. Along with that, the department provides for all charter transportation requirements both in and out of the state of Georgia for the 17 varsity and junior varsity sports teams, the performing and visual arts departments, as well as the 86 clubs and organizations offered at Woodward Academy that provide students with a myriad of opportunities for involvement in school and community life. Student Transport, Incorporated at Woodward Academy also work in collaboration with MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) in the city of College Park to provide daily shuttle transportation services for approximately 450 Woodward Academy students that use MARTA as their primary means of transportation to and from school each day. Woodward Academy’s Student Transport, Incorporated has earned the highest safety rating possible by the United States Department of Transportation.
