Glenn Kubat was my recruiter when I was hired at JPL, and he served as the recruiter for at least 5 of the information professional staff I hired while managing a Section at JPL. I found Glenn to be enthusiastic, communicative, and knowledgable. He was always able to strike a perfect balance between the Laboratory's needs, the Manager's (me in this case) needs, and the candidates' needs. His friendly conversational style and enthusiasm for JPL's space exploration mission always set both hiring managers and candidates at ease. I also appreciated I could dialogue with him, and recommend switching approaches to review of applicants if warranted. I think Glenn would be a talent acquisition/human resources asset to any company.
