      After two years of raising awareness for this level of engagement at an organisational level to promote IT services, this is a fresh opportunity for me to jump into collaborative ground floor projects to promote IT services to our broader university communities, encourage fresh discussion and awareness for change, take on feedback, and empower third party IT staff to continue to provide first class levels of support. After 9 months in this role, the business realized the value of such engagement, and have opened up 4 new positions to extend to the remainder of our faculty units in January 2019, with 2 more positions to be advertised in late 2019. This has been my greatest achievement during my time here at UNE, and look forward to building on this to bigger and better things. Show less
