One project consisted of the ground-up construction of 3 restaurant/ retail buildings and the complete remodel of a 4th building for three tenant lease spaces. The second project consisted of a complete renovation/remodel of a three-story, 30,000 square foot office building, which included demo to the exterior shell then remodeled to finish. I was hired to oversee construction of multiple in-house projects, in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, for this out-of-state construction management/property investment company out of North Dakota. I assisted with Pre-Construction tasks locally, while waiting through various delays which ultimately resulted in a financial decision to no longer do the construction in-house, removing the need for my position with no other projects in Texas.
