To Whom It May Concern , I have known Glenn since 2007. He has clearly demonstrated to me strong leadership, initiative, communication and team building skills. Working closely with Glenn on the Board of Directors and Treasurer of SustainMobilty , these qualities made it a pleasure to work with him . He has been very successful with his strategic planning which is reflected in the victories we achieved. For further discussion, please contact me. It’s rare when you come across a standout leader like Glenn Gumulka. I still remember the day Glenn hired me to join his team in 2009. At the time, there were three of us in total. What I couldn’t have imagined was what the next 12 years at SustainMobility would look like under Glenn’s leadership and supervision – a collaborative environment with endless creativity and growth, a culture of inclusion, innovation, and strategic thinking. Never a dull moment in the office. Glenn’s passion and visionary thinking challenged the way we worked and evolved personally and as a company. Glenn saw the potential and managed expectations. As a result, he successfully pushed the boundaries of developing new and innovative programming, campaigns, major projects, grant funding, and growing a thriving social enterprise. Above all, Glenn has been a wonderful manager, mentor and friend. Without hesitation, Glenn would be an asset to an organization and comes highly recommended for any new endeavour he chooses to undertake.
