▪ Responsible for the financial aspect of all companies within Endo Group, which is listed on the Malta Stock Exchange, and Palm Group, and work closely with Directors to assist in the financial strategy of both Groups. ▪ Attend Board and Audit Committee meetings in relation to Endo Group during which the financial results and strategy of the Group are presented and discussed with the Board of Directors. ▪ Manage the accounts department, consisting of one Finance Manager, one Senior Accounts Executive and three Accounts Executives, and ensure that work is properly allocated between team members and completed in a timely and accurate manner. ▪ Evaluate and monitor staff performance, and enhance the professional development of staff. ▪ Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts and quarterly financial statements for the Group companies. Communicate financial results to Board of Directors and shareholders, together with recommendations for improvements. ▪ Develop and maintain accounting principles, internal control, practices and procedures to ensure an accurate and timely monthly and year-end close. ▪ Plan, coordinate and ensure the smooth running of the year-end Audits. ▪ Preparation and filing of VAT returns. ▪ Responsible for the Group’s financial condition, overseeing the capital structure of the group, and determining the best mix of debt, equity and internal financing. ▪ Cash flow management and forecasting, including monitoring the collection of receivables and servicing of payables. ▪ Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions. ▪ Identify and report areas for improvement and capitalise on strength areas by pinpointing which models are generating most revenue for the Group. ▪ Monitor and analyse existing processes, with the aim of developing more efficient and cost-effective procedures and use of resources, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work. ▪ Travel abroad on work related assignments and meetings.
