Not only was he knowledgeable about the plant process but was extremely dedicated, working long hours while sick and short handed. I was lucky enough to be brought in as help to assist him with his commissioning effort, and through helping I learned a great deal about plant process and alternate PLC system architectures. Despite being sick Glendon maintained a positive attitude and pushed through some difficult circumstances to meet the customer's goals. His logic and HMI design was impeccably, and were in perfect alignment with ISA and other relevant industry standards.
