Glenda is an amazing human being and a phenomenal leader. It was a joy to report to her. Her positive spirit can bring a whole room together and unite a team. She has a way of challenging you, without pushing you. She is able to learn how best to communicate and work with each of her reports to not only maintain a positive work environment but an effective one. She values her team and does what she can to ensure they feel supported and empowered. Glenda is the type of supervisor who asks "how can I help?" when her reports are overloaded. She's not afraid to be down in the weeds working alongside them. Given the opportunity to work at a high level, strategically, she is insightful and organized. Glenda is a true professional that helped me and the team get through a lot in a historic year. Our team went through leadership transitions, updating processes...and then this COVID thing happened followed by devastating wildfires that caused many of our teams and customers, myself included, to evacuate homes and farms. Throughout all these challenges, Glenda was always upbeat, positive and demonstrated a can-do attitude. She stays organized, is highly productive with a genuine desire to make a difference. From higher level strategy insights about media selection to jumping in when we were short team members to pull marketing supplies orders and prep to ship; she helped the team move forward.
