Using CCS to determine profit margins and differences in profit margins from tender stage to realization of the project. Direct leadership over employees; coordinating construction teams and multiple sub-contractors, according to construction schedules Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates. Monitoring and maintain project budget with regards to material and manpower including maintaining accurate billing records. Provide construction decision-making information by calculating production, labour and material cost; reviewing production schedule; estimating future requirements Direct the implementation and use of appropriate reporting systems, construction processes and quality programs and processes Plan and manage project, prepare material and labour cost and timing estimates, reports and drawing specifications for construction operations Consistently meet construction standards on specific assignments within reasonable time Maintain and ensure quality control, including a safe and clean work environment for all employees in location and manage the implementation of all Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives, policies, regulations and the adherence thereof Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
