Acer, Nanya, and Powerchip Semiconductor -- Member of a trial team that successfully defended Taiwanese semiconductor companies in an ITC Section 337 Investigation involving patents directed to semiconductor packaging. Canon -- Represented Canon in a patent litigation in the Southern District of California relating to image processing technology. Prevailed at summary judgment on a patent exhaustion defense. Apple, Inc. -- Member of a trial team representing Apple in an ITC Section 337 investigation involving graphics chip technology. Contributed to successful defense based on patent exhaustion theory. MGA Entertainment -- Member of trial team in a high-profile litigation in the Central District of California involving trade secret misappropriation counterclaims against a major competitor.
