• Project Construction Manager - GACE Gas Development Program

  GACE – Offshore Scope of Works:• Directed the development of the 1st Offshore Construction contractor in Colombia; successfully installed 20” piping during the drilling Sim-Ops program while adhering to enterprise policies.• Supervised offshore installation of 24” subsea gas pipeline which included tie-ins with two operating gas platforms.GACE – Onshore Scope of Works:• Ballenas Gas Plant Upgrade: Directed all civil infrastructure and foundations for new gas dehydration trains; new 30” Venezuela gas transport line and gas measurement facility.• Phase 1 GACE Compression Plant: Managed the set-up of remote local materials quarry, contractor transport consortium, repair to roads, and bridges for heavy equipment access for the mining and transport to the site of over 70K M3 of materials required for the GACE Colombia Gas Plant.• Phase 2 GACE Compression Plant: Leveraged analytical skills to coordinate the installation of two Solar Titan compressors and nine solar production modules, six Cat generator packages, two firewater tanks, office, and warehouse and living facilities.• Steered all plant mechanical completion handover, pre-commissioning; final commissioning, and first gas delivery of a project.Achievement:• Developed and implemented project recovery and contracting plans to develop a construction contractor consortium to allow the company project team to efficiently managing poorly performing contractors resulting in on-time delivery of the project.
