I have worked with Glen at Dynamic Metals for only a short time. And usually it takes time, for me to get the scope on an individual (Skill, Personality, Character, Professionalism, ect...). Though, based on our various interactions together, I don't need much more in realizing a true professional in their field of work. I rely on Glen for assistance and guidance for many work related issues, mainly Engineering issues, but not always. He has always been willing and eager to assist me, in solving issues, as they arise. He's also been able to help me correct or give guidance to progress, 100% of the time. He is a great asset to our company, and would be also for any corporation, in my opinion.
