MOTIVATED, PASSIONATE, LOYAL, DEDICATED…… Glen joined my Troop when he first joined the British Army. Since then I have had the pleasure of working with Glen until the day he left the British Army. During this time I have watched Glen Mature from a junior soldier into an extremely capable senior non-commissioned Officer (SNCO). Highly skilled with a positive attitude Glen has proved himself repeatedly in high pressure situations whilst deployed on Operations. Glen found his true calling during his time working for me as an instructor on the Commando training wing. During this time Glen was an integral part of the team helping to prepare junior soldiers for the All Arms Commando Course (AACC). Glen was part of an extremely successful team which improved the quality of the soldiers from 29 Commando Regiment RA attending the AACC; which lead to a much improved pass rate. I would not hesitate to work alongside Glen again or recommend him to anyone considering employing him.

Glen return to my troop after 2 years away teaching and mentoring soldiers in preparation for them to attend a very demanding Commando course. Glen came back to his role of a Detachment Commander head strong and ready to take on new challenges. Glen rapidly settled in to the troop taking a lead role amongst the men. Glen is a fantastic instructor and a great mentor. Each and every time we have a new member join the troop, Glen quickly reacts to take them under his wing and guide them through the early stages of there careers to become the best soldiers they can be. Glen is a hard working and dedicated individual that would be an asset to any future employer.
