Gladys was an integral member of the team when we were working on Asia Advisers Network. She played a key role in the team as we grew it rapidly from scratch in a short three years. Other than her marketing and business development expertise, her work attitude was exemplary. Gladys wasn't hired for or required to work on the project that I headed, but she willingly participated and contributed actively beyond her required job scope in her "main job". Such was her impact that I formally got her involved in the project, and the team benefitted tremendously from her ideas and execution. I have no doubt Gladys would be a great addition to any team with her can-do spirit!
