  Operational maintenance of the Telecom Monitoringand Data Monitoring systems.Routine reviews with operators to validate and clarify the business rules relating to the data feeds imported in the telecom monitoring platforms and ensure business rule documentation is up to-date.Traffic monitoring for all operator traffic which includes Data, Mobile money, revenue, offnet, onnet, international and One Area Network (ONA) traffic flows and analyse on missing operator files or addition of new IPs and Point Codes (PCs) so as not to miss any traffic. Run daily reconciliation on the revenue, top up and usage reports on the Revenue and mobile money monitored figures from all telecom operators to ensure consistency of the data reported overtime.Manage the appropriate entities that is the operators, the regulator,client, tax bodies and the developers on the relevant issues faced on the site.Generate weekly and monthly reports on the telecoms monitoring platforms.Generate an escalation matrix on issues on site specifying start date, impact, person in charge, status (including completion dates).Perform monthly reconciliations between the Data monitoring figures, the other telecom monitoring platform figures with the figures declared by operators and share these reports to the Revenue Assurance department and the Project Coordinators.Carry out trainings to clients and internal staff about the revenue, data and traffic monitoring platforms. OTT (Over the Top) levy monitoring and analysis.Assist the technical team in technical site intervention including troubleshooting of the data collection and transmission sub-systems.

  My training experience at ABB was in partial fulfillment of my Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.This entailed Installation of an 1000kVA transformer at Eskom,a feeder pillar at MTN switch centre, Mbuya, Installation of a regulator at Entebbe International Airport and Collection of Electrical data at Entebbe Viral Research centre. I had the opportunity to be part of the the compact substation project end to end. This training period greatly enhanced my skills in Electrical Installations,Electrical data collection, Safety and Precaution awareness to casual labourers at elctrical live environmentse.g. Substations.Working with different people in from various walks of life and backgrounds made me appreciate how different people can work together to achieve one strtegic goal. This greatly enhanced my Interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
