Anatoly Burdakov
Alina has been working as a part-time UX/UI designer for the development of our pricing optimization & BI App for hotels. While working on a development of the App she has proven herself as a very structured and skillful designer, with great sense for the BI type of interface rendering. As the Director of STEP Computer Academy, in Azerbaijan I have the pleasure of knowing Alina Gladkikh since our 2nd year of operations, when she joined us as a part-time graphic design instructor / teacher in 2017. As of the first months of our collaboration it was already obvious - she is passionate about transferring her knowledge and our students were very happy with her teaching style and methods. Students did create a special bond with her and at times that we had to substitute her temporary or shift her group to another instructor / teacher the students were not satisfied as they wanted only Alina to be their instructor. Following this success we offered her additional subjects as of the 2nd semester and further additional groups as of the 2nd year of our collaboration. During Alina’s employment with STEP Computer Academy she taught Graphic Editor Adobe Photoshop, Graphic Editor Adobe Illustrator, Theory of Design, Typography, Principles of Advertising Design, Fundamentals of Identity and I can say that without any doubt she succeeded in teaching all of them properly. Alina is very easy to approach and I would definitely say that she is the most hard woking person in the room. She is a fabulous teacher and an unquestionable asset to our academy. It was a pleasure working with Alina and I have no hesitation in saying that she has the doors open if she wishes to be back to STEP Computer Academy, anytime she wants.
