As a Secretary in our student organization, my responsibilities include: - Managing the organization's knowledge database to ensure that important information and knowledge is stored and easily accessible. - Keeping track of the organization's archive to preserve important documents and materials for future reference. - Dealing with the legal aspects of the organization to ensure that all activities are compliant with the organization's policies and regulations. - General administration and day to day management of the organization. - Maintaining strong relationships and communication with the university to ensure that the organization is well-represented and supported. - Supervising events (Courses on Technology, Engineering Competitions, Job Fairs, Recruitment events, etc.) - Communicating and corresponding (reports, mails, surveys, application forms, etc.) Show less
