Jess Delahunt
I had the pleasure of managing Gizem throughout her first 1 and a half years at Wayfair Gizem was hired at an incredibly busy time for the Wayfair Berlin Talent Acquisition team and initially she was responsible creative recruiting. Gizem was able to build very strong, trusted relationships immediately, and alongside her ability to understand the requirements of a role and a hiring managers particular preferences, this has been key to her success at Wayfair Gizem continually developed during her time at Wayfair and is now responsible for leading the recruiting for the more quantitatively focused roles in Berlin.
