Directly Reporting to Her: Gizem recently took over as CSO, and I must say that as someone without leadership experience, she has done a fantastic job early on. She delivered a Strategy Update in her first few weeks and it was quite good. Her ability to motivate team members was most impressive, especially considering we are all volunteers (one member even stayed up until 3 AM to present the Strategy Update). She is also concise and precise regarding presentation structure, member expectations, and slide deck quality. Overall, Gizem is an incredibly quick learner with excellent analytical and decision-making skills, and a true team player.
