      Catalyzing access to new prevention products to stop HIV. by providing informed choice of PrEP products ( Oral, Ring, Injectable) among women at PEPFAR/USAID delivery sites in Kenya, Lesotho, South Africa, Uganda, and ZimbabweDuties: Participating in development and reviewing of study materials to ensure appropriate contextualization and accurate translation. Developing and monitoring efficient country-specific operating procedures in line with the study protocol; reviewing all site-specific procedures to ensure adherence to the study protocol. Co-organize and co-lead study-related training, including clinical training on new PrEP methods, coordinate and lead refresher training or training of new staff throughout study period. Monitor study progress (recruitment and retention of study participants; form completion; data quality) across all sites and prepare periodic reports. Reporting SAEs, social harms and protocol deviations or violations received from sites to the CATALYST Protocol Safety Review team (PRST); Liaise with technical areas leads, the Quality Improvement Advisor, laboratories, pharmacies, and other stakeholders as needed. Coordinate study progress meetings with country team staff as needed (in-person, skype calls).
