  For the Italian Commissariato generale per le onoranze ai Caduti di guerra (http://www.difesa.it/Ministro/Commissariato_Generale_per_le_Onoranze_ai_Caduti_in_Guerra/Pagine/default.aspx) I was looking for the locations of the last repose of the italian soldiers, died during the first and the second WW. After I found the locations, the Commissariato contacted the families, and I had the duty to officially transmit the ramains.
