I promoted exercise and healthy eating, coaching sports teams, organizing games and challenges, and adapting curricula to children with disabilities. As Assistant Teacher, I provide operational and clerical support to lead teachers. My duties include planning activities, supervising children, doing paperwork, handing out class materials, and reporting to parents and classroom teachers. Was in charge of creating coaching sessions and training 10 teams (totaling more than 100 players) throughout the seasons. Managed the preparation of Chinese coaches. Instrumental, as Project Manager, in the organization, preparation and running of Juventus FC Summer Camp for our players. Also planned large-scale tournaments and matches from which we could select the best players for the Academy.
