I have worked with Giuseppe for about 1.5 years. I mentored him for the first 3 months. I was pleased to see how a fast learner he is: in around 6 months he became a project manager perfectly at ease in a quite complex IT Pharma International environment. Giuseppe is very good in project planning and in team working as he can establish excellent relationships and he is smart in motivating the team members: key points to drive the projects he manages to goals and to success. When he resigned he prepared diligently a hand-over plan and transferred key-knowledge about his ongoing projects (the ones he could not close before leaving) to a new co-worker replacing him which very much appreciated this exercise. I was a supervisor of the handover and I could see it was a very good job which I would not expect from everybody. This is definitely a symptom of high seriousness and reliability which makes me think I would be more than happy to work again and again with him in the future. Thanks Giuseppe and good luck.
