My job is to guarantee an optimal management of the orders through their various steps, from the economical proposal, the acquisition, until the shipment, ensuring that the various operations of the process flow are checked, granting the quality and precision required by the customer on lead-times and costs, functionally with the various business areas. The clients included in my account consist mainly of major clients such as Universal Music UK and Warner Music International. In Cisco Systems my job was to supply business and technical advice to 250 mid-market companies based in the North-Eastern part of Italy that made my account list, to lead them through the implementation of their company network. An important part of the job was the coordination with Cisco partners and distributors to improve the effectiveness of the deals to get to the closure of the deal and consequently to achieve the quarterly budget. The main target of the job was the administration of a portfolio of 1150 customers, with the goal of achieving a quarterly budget by acquiring a new customer per day and the loyalty of existing ones, referring directly to the sales area manager. The first contacts were mainly made on the phone, and if necessary we could ask the intervention of the field sales agent to sign the contract. The number of outgoing telephone calls required by the head-quarter was at least 50 per day.
