My mission was to protect and increase SIAE share into the South and East European Countries, starting from the current footprint (Tier 1s and VF OPCOs). I was responsible of the sales in East Europe, Russia and CIS regions – I was managing totally 6 account managers/business developers based in Milan, Moscow and Bucharest. I was also appointed as Global Account Manager of T-Mobile and Orange Groups in the European area. I promoted SIAE portfolio to the relevant NatCos, scouting specific local needs. The company was leader in EMEA & South America markets in the Next Generation Networks turn-key proposals and in the Cisco Systems integration projects. Mainly, I was responsible of the Cisco sales activities in the Mediterranean & Balkan markets.
