« Leave it with me », there is no problem Giulia won’t try to figure out and she will always come up with a solution! I met Giulia on my first day at Massive Entertainment, back in 2016. We were on the same team and I quickly realised I had a lot to learn from her. In the 5 years we worked together, I noted that she excels as a team player and collaborator with an unwavering work ethic and passion for marketing videogames! In busy times, she always offered her help to her colleagues and even proactively supported other projects when she felt her expertise would make a difference. She is also a great bridge between business and creative people as she understand both worlds and needs. Her natural social skills, cultural awareness and experience with senior management stakeholders make her a fantastic asset when pitching, negotiating and discussing with the executive level of any corporation, big or small. I strongly recommend Giulia to any entertainment company looking for a great marketeer and team leader.

Giulia consistently raises the bar for what is possible. She excels at steering complex projects to completion while achieving all targeted outcomes. Whether it's driving CGI announcements, as with 'The Division 2' at E3 2018, or building brand identities from scratch for new products, as with Snowdrop, Giulia showcases her versatility and skill. Her exceptional brand leadership was evident when she became the driving force behind the successful announcement of 'Frontiers Of Pandora' as brand director—an effort marked by years of diligent work and collaborations with high profile partners like Disney. Her work ethic is exemplary. Not only is she a steadfast leader for her team, but she's also a strategic problem-solver, focused on optimizing project outcomes. In turbulent times, Giulia is the committed captain you'd want navigating your ship. She confronts challenges head-on and consistently provides solutions, underscoring that she is invested not just in the journey but also in the success of everyone involved. Given the opportunity to collaborate with her again, I wouldn't hesitate. Any team would be fortunate to have Giulia at the helm, and any company would be equally lucky to count her among their leadership ranks.
