Primeiro, foi minha chefe na AlmapBBDO/Gael. Logo, virou uma grande amiga. Hoje, é minha cliente e somos parceiras na Betafly. Pensando em uma única palavra que descreva a Giu nos 4, me surgiu: sensibilidade. Giu é talvez a profissional de marketing mais intuitiva e humana que já conheci. Muito além da captura e análise de dados para construir uma estratégias, ela usa seu maior dom: o coração. É apaixonada pelo que faz, sem dúvida, e o amor se vê e se sente em cada trabalho juntas. Como minha chefe, sempre escutou e ensinou com amorosidade, empatia, equilíbrio, assertividade e tolerância. Agora, por um lado como cliente, é docemente exigente naquilo que sabe que quer, porque ela tem uma visão muito clara do que quer e onde quer chegar com isso, nunca equivocada, e engrandecendo meu trabalho. Mas talvez como parceiras seja nosso melhor lado. É onde interajo mais com aquela Giu determinada, focada, curiosa, investigativa, inquieta, inovadora, provocativa, sempre buscando cursos e workshops para aprender algo novo, e novas maneiras de aplicar todo esse conhecimento.
