Giulia is a pleasure to work with and has been an essential part of our team at TheHouseShop.com. Initially she developed her HTML and CSS skills and was relied upon to deliver all of the designs created by our design team. With a keen eye for detail and her ability to meet tight deadlines, she consistently helped us present new services to the tens of thousands of visitors using our site each day. Part of our back-end development team is remote and it is to her credit that she visited our remote teams abroad to improve productivity and communication within the development team. Whilst remote teams can present a challenge, Giulia ensured they were in constant communication. She built up an excellent rapport with the team - so much so that we don’t feel the distance, which is a real achievement! Alongside her tech development skills, Giulia is multi-lingual and highly intelligent, with the ability to quickly and easily adapt to any situation she finds herself in. She has been forthright in identifying and removing any blockers preventing her from effectively carrying out her work and always strives to get maximum productivity from the team. Giulia has a passion for the application of Scrum and is always willing to further develop and improve her understanding and application of the system.
