In my research I developed (in python) a computational model of the cortical column in the visual cortex. I studied the dynamics of the neurons and the emergence of oscillatory activity. Course I joined next to my research activity: - Parallel programming in Python - GPU programming As part of the Onwar graduate school: - Current issues in clinical neuroscience - Neurodegenerative diseases - Cognitive neuroscience - Functional neuroanatomy As part of my PhD I supervised master student projects (7 months-projects). I was also teaching assistant in the course 'Neural dynamics and deep learning". Skills learnt: managing multiple projects simultaneously, supervising other projects, teaching skills, time management. Extensive programming. AI algorithms. ML training. Show less
