During my work, I often find myself managing particularly hard situations and dealing with isolated and marginalized people's issue, in some cases due to procedural impediments or communication difficulties with institutions. In February 2022, I was in charge of managing the migration flow from Ukraine and to implement good practices for their reception in collaboration with the local institutions and social entities.
