  I worked as an au pair in Nottingham before the University. I took care of a one-year-old child eight hours a day while his parents were at work. It was certainly the first time I understood what it means to be responsible not only for yourself, but also for other people. All this has allowed me to learn how to deal with new cultures and situations that are certainly not simple and to understand how important is to express my own opinion seeking to change what it is not right.
