      I founded Life Lessons in 2013 to offer engaging educational programs within an engaging and interactive environment, whilst offering a holistic approach to compliment the school curriculum, PDHPE syllabus and Crossroads program. As Managing Director, principle trainer and Founder of Life Lessons, I design, coordinate and conduct these educational programs to help improve young people’s health and wellbeing and provide students and the wider community with necessary life skills.
