• Build a multiclass predictive classification model to identify a response channel preference of a consumer within the direct mail context by researching and integrating existing and new variables from various data sources in SQL • Tasks included but not limited to formulating dependent variable, use case of the model, data modeling using snowflake, generating data report, and presenting/communicating it to stakeholders, and analyzing the impact of model in terms of cost saving and customer ranking for future reference. • The final model had the overall accuracy of 83.56%, with recall and precision for minority classes to be greater than 15%.
