      Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to lead projects that have directly impacted companies' bottom line. I quote as the most relevant, project of a Hotel Group restructuring , which was divided into a few steps: Analysis, elaboration of diagnosis on organizational climate, potential mapping of nearly 300 employees, Analysis of processes and procedures and delivery report with the recommendations and observations. From this, having adopted the recommendations, the second phase of the project began, which consisted of hiring the executive team that would compose the Corporate and with me, they would lead the entire process of Integration of the 3 hotels. 08 executives were hired for the Hotel's large areas (Controller, Commercial Manager, HR Manager, IT Coordinator, T & D Coordinator, Maintenance Manager, Hospitality Manager and Food & Beverage Manager). extensive process review, preparation of trainings, definition of new standards. A great investment was made to put the 3 hotels in the standard required by the market. Investments in infrastructure and services. Elaboration of annual Budget and monthly meetings of analysis of the performance of the month. Forecast analysis, revenue management meetings. By the end of the project, hotel occupancy had already grown 30% and the result, 18%.
