My role is equipped with the total technical details of all the existing blocks in the premises and supporting the clients from start to end of their Data & Voice services and helping them on site co-ordination issues with building services team. I will be the single point of contact, if there is any Data & Voice work executed for client and will involve in the design, vendor evaluation and finalization and execution of the Projects. Role & Responsibility: • Pre-construction activities such as client inputs on design brief and the site related data to the design team to proceed further. • Kick-off meeting, weekly review meetings, design meetings with Architect, Client meetings etc. • Construction phase-Responsible for design co ordination on site -day to day planning, execution and completion of works. • Project Planning, Monitoring & Preparation of Master Project execution program and tracking the same on weekly basis and updating the team on critical activities which are behind the schedules also working on mitigation plans to achieve to the committed dates. • Co-ordination between various sub-agencies pertaining to Civil, Interior, Mechanical, Electrical works and keeping a track of all the long lead item deliveries. • Co-ordination with Principle Architect & vendor if there are any deviations and accordingly prepare variation statements. • Tracking all the bills of vendors and processing the same for payments.
