1) Daily Sales Intake Report- Each morning, we process MTD data sold up to the previous day, analyzing and predicting sales trends in the month.- In this process, various factors such as vehicle supply from the German headquarters, dealer inventory, market trends, and internal targets are considered.- This report was shared internally on a daily basis and reflects AM`s feedback to each dealer.2) Sales Support subsidy payout- Subsidy was paid to the dealer for sales promotions that were carried out monthly or quarterly.- There were about 7-8 settlement work per month, and each category communicated directly with all dealers and checked the list.3) System development (Long-term project)- Through SAP, participated in a project to develop an internally accessible payment information for a vehicle.- The dealer system (DMS) UAT, which is linked to this, was also carried out, and collaborated with the German IT team and the Korean IT team.4) Adhoc- Domestic certificate management for imported vehicles. Admin (Handling Fine tickets) - Classified fine tickets according to internal regulations (a toll or a parking violation) every morning. - Typed a car number, fine amount, exact time and place of violation into excel file and upload to CMS. - Send fine tickets via mail to Deutsche Bank every Tuesday and Thursday with an excel file so they can actually pay the fine for our customers. And then we notice them by sending messages. - In case of double payment make sure refund procedure could be done, transferring this problems to the person in charge (CRM). Assistant (Managing Maturity Contracts) - Monitored service lease status to make sure there is no missing renewal cases, arranging insurance renewal for service lease customers. - Contacted customers at least a week before the maturity day and explained about the purchase procedure. - Confirmed the required information with the customer and executed the purchasing process either by sending the title transfer documents or registering through title transfer agency. - Refunded insurance fee to former contractor and took out a new insurance for latter contractor if there was a succession of car borrower before maturity.
